Phase 1: Initial Consult​
The first step in your LVL Group journey is the most pivotal moment; this is when the hours of design and planning start to become a reality. It’s exciting, collaborative, and when our team sits down with all invested parties to walk through the project from concept to completion. To ensure we achieve the end goal, we use this meeting time to ensure we’re all united on the v1s1on.
PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION PRICING
Every project has a desired price point, and our preliminary pricing phase is fundamental to the next steps in your LVL Group journey. Our team dedicates 3-4 weeks for pricing estimation based on project size and complexity. We work alongside our team of tradesmen and review the project scope, item by item, until we’ve reached a competitive offer thoroughly considered offer. After all parties are happily in agreement with our proposal, we commence the initial stages of engagement.
PHASE 3: VALUE MANAGEMENT
LVL Group works very closely with our building surveyor, with whom we’ve developed a strong partnership over the years. As a result, obtaining building permits for your project is seamless. Coupled with our qualified in-house architect and an extensive list of consultants, we can make the building permit and RFI process simple and easy for everyone.
PHASE 4: TIMELINE & BUILDING PERMIT
We’ve been in business long enough to understand the building process and anticipate each project’s workflow ahead of time. We’re efficient with our time and like to kick things off as soon as we get the green light-which is why we don’t rest on our laurels while waiting to obtain building permits. We maximise the permit application and approval process to create a construction schedule that’s in line with the release of the building permit. With the entire LVL Group team involved at this stage of the journey, once we have approval, we can execute immediately.Â
PHASE 5: CONSTRUCTION
It’s time to build! This is the gratifying part of the journey where you’ll get to watch as we breathe life into your dream project. With collaboration being a foundational value at LVL Group, you’ll notice a rare synergy between design and building teams throughout the project. We’ve made a conscious effort to cultivate a collaborative culture with open communication channels because we understand that this fosters efficiency and keeps your project running on schedule.
We have an expert team of construction managers, foremen, and tradesmen who are proficient in working together on your project. Our Site Managers, Project ManÂagers and team at HQ will keep you informed throughout all stages of the building phase, so you can sleep peacefully knowing that the highest standard of craftsmanship is applied to your build.
PHASE 6: PROJECT COMPLETION
