I’m Matt, one of LVL Group’s Directors.Â
I’ve been on construction sites since before I could walk-my father owned a commercial painting company, and I knew from the get-go what I wanted to do with my life. Once I was old enough to buy a house, I did – with my brother, Will. We built two townhouses behind it and said hello to our first construction development. Ten years later, I head LVL Group and work alongside an incredible team.
Whether it’s building genuine partnerships with our amazing clients, subcontractors or our in-house team, I’m always inspired and motivated for each building project we take on. Every facet of the process excites me, and there’s nothing more rewarding than taking a site from concept to completion and achieving shared milestones.Â

I’m Dom, one of LVL Group’s owners.
I’m a big picture thinker who wants the best for our clients and business. Matt and I have been best mates since childhood. As kids, we dreamed up all sorts of constructions, and now, as leaders of LVL Group, we strive to bring those to life alongside a building community that inspires us. It’s why our standards are higher than the expectations of others, and the team and I approach every day as if it were the first day of our company.
I’m dedicated to ensuring our people love what they do, have fun and continue to bring their A-game to each build – which comes from building a strong community culture and crafting a world class team. Taking a client’s vision from idea to reality is possible with us because we have a reliable and committed network of people and resources. And I dare say, our results and reputation speak for themselves.

Detailed and determined are my superpowers – meaning, I know my projects inside out. I ensure that client and architect visions are executed and finished as envisioned. It’s my passion to take a build from start to finish successfully. Managing trades, timelines, and client expectations is an art form I’ve mastered for the past 12 years. I believe LVL Group’s solid reputation exists because of the family environment we’ve created on our building sites.Â
